Refund Policy
We are committed to the quality of our themes and plugins, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with our theme or plugin, we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- Your issue's stem from either being unable to properly install the theme or plugin, or from the theme or plugin failing to perform its basic functions.
- You have tried to resolve your issue's by contacting our support team through a support ticket submitted via the "Contact Us" option in the theme's or plugin's admin settings.
- Refunds will not be issued for missing features. If you are unsure whether a specific feature is supported, please contact us beforehand.
- Issues caused by conflicts with 3rd party themes or plugins, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the original purchase date, under any circumstances.
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the theme or plugin.
- Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the theme or plugin.
